set to celebrate its 30th anniversary this year, the Air Jordan 7 is a silhouette that has a rich history and is loved by plenty of sneakerheads in the scene. The model was created by none other than Tinker Hatfield and was worn by Michael Jordan himself plenty of times. As part of the models anniversary celebrations, Jordan brand is set to launch the Air Jordan 7 “Afrobeats”, that pays homage to the music genre of the same name.
Afrobeats describes popular music from West Africa that fuses influences from multiple other genres such as jazz, soul and funk and also features complex rhythms. The sneakers look set to be crafted from premium suede and showcase a tan, black, purple and yellow colour scheme. Geometric graphic prints make an appearance as well as Jumpman branding on the lateral side. While we don’t know too much a lot more just yet, we can expect to see these drop further into 2022, so keep it locked ideal here at The Sole supplier for a lot more and while you’re here, check out this upcoming AJ1 that’s releasing this week!
